They helped me put the order together, tweaked it to my needs. It arrived labeled and ready to go. I ran out of time and requested an installer at the last minute who did a super job or installing. He even hung them slightly higher for my husband. I've recommended them to several neighbors in out new development.

The product is great quality. It might take a bit to be delivered, but it is well worth the wait! I was able to design my own tower and it worked so well I ordered another one exactly like it. I'm very pleased with the product and customer service!

How long does delivery take?

Since we manufacture most of our products in the USA, we’re able to ship at lightning speed. Typically, orders leave our factory within 10-12 business days (Grey & Natural Oak products, as well as Garage, Vanity, Mudroom and Alto products take 4 weeks to fulfill.). They then ship out with our freight partners. Actual delivery time will vary depending on how far you live from our warehouse in New Jersey

I’m not sure how to design a closet

We can help with that! We have a team of expert closet designers who will design your closet for you FOR FREE! Fill out this simple form and a designer will reach out to you within 24-48 hours!

Think you can wing it yourself? We have a nifty 3D design tool (also free!). Just enter your measurements into the tool and start populating your space with closet modules. It’s best to do this with a partner - it makes the process all the more fun! Works best on a laptop or desktop.

I’m worried about the cost. Is it worth the investment?

The peace of mind of a beautiful and fully organized closet system can’t really be measured in dollars and cents!

But yes, rest assured that Modular Closets is the most affordable option for this level of product quality, speed and customer service. Since we’re the actual manufacturers you don’t have the additional costs of moneyed middlemen who take their cut.

Additionally, if you work with one of our expert designers, they will generally be able to work within your budget to craft a design that is both practical and affordable.

I’m worried about the material quality. Will it hold up?

You’re skeptical that closets can be both affordable and high quality at the same time? Well, Modular Closets is a magical company and we manage to do it all - no need to compromise one over the other!

Our closets are made of M2 Grade ¾” Furniture Board with thermofoil laminate that won’t peel, crack or warp. Our edge banding is a solid 1mm thick PVC and our drawers are made of solid wood. All of our products are manufactured either in the USA or in Italy for maximum standards and quality control.

And to further put your mind at ease, we stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty!

I’m worried I won’t get my measurements right

Not sure how to measure your closet? Start by watching this measuring guide video. We walk you through the process step by step.

And in the rare case where you do find that the closet you ordered does not exactly fit your space, you need not worry! Lucky for you, our system is so flexible that our customer service will be able to send you additional pieces that will ensure that your closet fits your space.

I’m worried that I won’t be able to install the closet on my own

Modular Closets is the easiest system to install. We use dowels and cam locks and all of the holes come pre drilled. The instructions are clear and concise and we also have videos to help you along with the process as well.

And if you are confused, you can always reach out to our customer service team, they will walk you through and explain each step of the process.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

Great initial design proposed based on my inputs. Minor design adjustments were quickly made based on our personal preferences (Thanks Jerry!). Delivered as promised. Install was many easy steps. I was very impressed that all of the individual parts needed to assemble were included in the initial delivery. Great quality for the price point. Most importantly, my wife loves it. The designer was very helpful going back and forth with ideas. The products came on time and were as described. They even went out of their way to help us when we realized we made an error on measuring. After the error the designer helped us redesign using the materials we had already bought.

Designing my closet was fun!

Designing my closet was fun and fairly easy with the help of a design expert. I made several changes to the layout and was happy with everything in the end. I received my closet several weeks later. Everything came in the timeframe the website said it would. It came on a truck that was delivering items from all kinds of vendors to cities and towns across my area. From what I saw, my closet was shipped FAR better than anything else on that truck. By that I mean it was all together on one pallet and wrapped with plastic wrap from top to bottom. No dents, no scratches. I haven’t unwrapped the closet yet. I am waiting for my addition to be completed before we install it.
