The communication was great, and when I had an issue with an item, they took care of it immediately. I actually ordered an additional item, and when they replaced the damaged item, they did not charge me for the additional order.
Design consultant Esther was wonderful, she listens to your wants and needs and integrates them into the design with your budget in mind. Product was boxed very well for shipping, had zero product damage. Install instructions are well thought out and easy to follow.
After comparing several other companies, we chose the Alto line from Modular in light oak. Our designer, Tyler, did a great job helping us design our new walk in closet with everything we wanted. We don’t have a door on our closet so he suggested using drawers and cabinet doors in the entryway for a super clean look ... The cabinets arrived in perfect condition and the assembly was pretty straightforward and caked out beautiful ...
Brooke was wonderful to work with. She had lots of great ideas, such as a hamper and also the ability to increase the height of our cabinets to 9'. We received easy to read instructions and plenty of extra hardware parts. We love our closet.
Ordering was easy, the shipping process was easy. I measured a closet incorrectly and need a different size, they shipped out the correct size to me with very little hassle. Putting the closets together was fairly easy and straightforward.
They are very, very priced competitive! They worked with me on my design and maximize my space….. they allowed me to pick up my order in their distribution center in North Carolina, in order to accommodate my weekend installation on a Friday afternoon close date.
We are so happy with our modular closet! The main reason I went with them is because of their customized closet design ability. Shea was really helpful and knowledgeable on how to layout our complicated closet area with lots of obstacles to deal with ... The products are really well designed with very high quality types of materials being used. I’m sure they will last many many years free of defects. Amazing quality. Easy to design myself, assemble, and the customer service was great. We needed these closets delivered asap and they rushed our order to get it to us in time. Would buy again!
We couldn’t have been happier with our closet order. The quality of the drawers exceeded my expectations. It took me a full day and a half to install. But the instructions were very clear to follow. This was for a medium sized walk in closet with two drawer sections.
