Everything was great ... Every time I spoke with a representative they were always kind and had a lot of patience with me. I’m hoping to redo my daughters closet in the near future and will definitely be using this company again.
Jack, the design consultant was very helpful in designing a small area of my entryway ... Overall we received an excellent customer service from designing to delivery process. We are glad we ordered from them even though it took a while to assemble and install the modular system. The product is great quality wood, very heavy and would highly recommend them if you are looking for home organization ideas especially maximizing small spaces.
Brenda and Modular were exceptional. Glad I found them and her. Their products are top of the line quality, but even better is the design process. I gave Brenda the measurements. She was patient and proactive over 3 design calls. I consulted my wife each round and we got exactly what we needed whistles and bells included. 2 pallets came in a week. After 3 work days we have a 15k result at half the price - just follow the instructions! This after a few years and got 4+ quotes. Modular was a perfect fit for us and our closet!

I couldn’t be happier with how my closet turned out! Customer service was excellent—they were quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns, and the entire process went smoothly. My closet is very small, so maximizing every inch of available space was really important to me. The new design does exactly that, and the quality of the materials is superb. I love the finished look, I have much better use of the space, and I’m extremely pleased with the end result. Highly recommend!
Brenda did a great job helping me design three walk-in closets. We built a new house and instead of having the Trim Guy build sub par shelving. We decided to go with modular closets.I received three pallets loaded with boxes ...The closets are not hard to assemble. It just takes a little time so pack your patience and enjoy the process.
between texting and calling, all of our ideas were addressed and our pantry was designed the way we wanted. this is our third closet redo and the quality and customer service have been top notch all 3 times!
The closet was designed online with the assistance of Bella Alter. She did a wonderful job with ideas and any questions we had. Made it very easy to visualize final product. The closet was extremely easy to assemble. Just take your time and follow the instructions. Very well laid out instructions and diagrams ... Very well machined and finished product. Delivery was on time with no issues. Final result looks great. Couldn't be happier with the product and the exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend Modular Closets.
had a minor mismatch between order and delivery, replacement was quickly sent overnight express at no additional charge. No lengthy justifications and forms to fill out, just rapid service so I could finish the install.
Design consultant Esther was wonderful, she listens to your wants and needs and integrates them into the design with your budget in mind. Product was boxed very well for shipping, had zero product damage. Install instructions are well thought out and easy to follow.
They are very, very priced competitive! They worked with me on my design and maximize my space….. they allowed me to pick up my order in their distribution center in North Carolina, in order to accommodate my weekend installation on a Friday afternoon close date.
We are so happy with our modular closet! The main reason I went with them is because of their customized closet design ability. I found it to be the most user friendly and accurate which gave me the confidence that it would work in our space. The pieces were quality and the instructions were easy to understand and very clear.

We have two small-ish size closets in our primary bedroom. Both needed a serious overhaul. We discovered Modular Closets, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was very helpful and the online design features work out super well even with one of our closet’s having an odd shape. We were very happy with the number of design options and the quality. Installation was fairly easy given the detailed instructions included. I would highly recommend.
