Ordering was easy, the shipping process was easy. I measured a closet incorrectly and need a different size, they shipped out the correct size to me with very little hassle. Putting the closets together was fairly easy and straightforward.

Very satisfied with my new closet. The alto brand is pure luxury. Love the soft close drawers. The corner shelving eliminates wasted space. I especially liked being able to design my space with the products offered. Delivery was quick and product was well packaged. Would definitely recommend Modular Closets.

Entire process was awesome

Entire process was awesome. It was great to have a designer show your closet design and all the different options and finishes before purchasing. Delivery was good, product was not damaged during transit. Installation was straightforward following the instructions. Will be purchasing another closet package in the future.

We Now Have Two Beautiful New Closets!

We have two small-ish size closets in our primary bedroom. Both needed a serious overhaul. We discovered Modular Closets, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was very helpful and the online design features work out super well even with one of our closet’s having an odd shape. We were very happy with the number of design options and the quality. Fantastic product with excellent customer service

We couldn’t have been happier with our closet order. The quality of the drawers exceeded my expectations. It took me a full day and a half to install. But the instructions were very clear to follow. This was for a medium sized walk in closet with two drawer sections.

Perfect experience

Dealing with the company from start to finish was perfect. I was assisted with the layout and was able to design the closet exactly the way we wanted. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The material came sooner than expected. Quality and east of construction was excellent. I actually miss placed, or lost one small piece that they rushed to me within a couple days at no cost. An excellent company to deal with.

Great experience

I had an all around great experience. The design tool took a little getting used to but once I figured it out it was easy to design my closets. I was able to speak with someone over the phone to help go through my designs and they were able to help me troubleshoot. The delivery was quick and the closets look great. When I ran into an issue during the installation, their customer service was fantastic on helping me resolve the issue. I would use them again for future closets.

Wardrobe system turned built in dressing room

The system was customizable to my contractor’s specs to look built in. We haven’t finished the full install but it looks great and after putting in some drywall trim, it looks very luxury.

Second Positive Experience with Modular Closets

This is the second closet in my home I have renovated with cabinets from Modular Closets. The company has an excellent on-line design tool, with fast shipping and receipt of the products I ordered. Assembly of the cabinets was straightforward, given clear assembly instructions/illustrations and user-friendly designed components ... A plus is the cabinets are designed and manufactured in the U.S., which most likely helps yield the clear instructions and illustrations and quality end-results.

Fortunate find

Sales helped us design our large closet ...The design drawings and pictures made it easy for us to see how our finished closet would look. Our primary goal was quality construction and we were fortunate to find Modular Closets. The product is top quality and the engineering is impressive. I have ZERO complaints about the service, product construction, delivery, assembly, and our finished product. We have to convince friends and family who see our closet that this was a DIY project and that it was not professionally installed. I'll be ordering garage storage cabinets next.

Great closet remodeling options at reasonable prices. Easy to assemble with a lot of design flexibility. Items are cut to exact measurements. Follow instructions carefully to avoid having to redo something. There is a reason for the order in which the unit is assembled.

A DIY’ers dream come true!!

This company is so proactive and has a great product! I started my design online and stopped. I got an email from a real person! A designer finished my design with their suggestions. We went back and forth with a few changes, then a video call to finalize the design. She was fantastic!! The pieces arrived nicely packaged and clearly labeled. The design package has several views of the closet, and each section labeled with a tower number ... It was simpler than most things I’ve put together! It fit perfectly and is gorgeous.

Amazing designer!

I had a great experience with Modular Closets. The design and ordering process was very easy and convenient. Tom Chayn made everything simple and helped create a great design that worked perfectly for my space. Installation was a bit challenging to do alone, but once everything was put together the closet looked fantastic. The price was also very reasonable—especially compared to the local contractor who quoted me nearly three times as much. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them.

The design software made picking out the correct parts so easy. Communication with the company was exceptional. Our order arrived quickly but with 2 parts packages. I compared them with IKEA closets and the price was similar, but the customization and overall quality of Modular Closets were noticeably better.
