I submitted a request for a custom closet and less than 24 hours later I had a full rendering, complete quote, and call setup to review. Brenda (who is amazing) was able to answer my questions and make tweaks to the design on the fly. I am completely blown away by the level of customer service and will definitely be back.

The design software made picking out the correct parts so easy. Communication with the company was exceptional. Our order arrived quickly but with 2 parts packages. I couldn't have been happier with customer service team. They quickly found our order, the missing parts and shipped them out ASAP. Great company do deal with. We will be ordering from here again for another project in our house.
I’ve installed Modular Closets in two different homes ... I compared them with IKEA closets and the price was similar, but the customization and overall quality of Modular Closets were noticeably better. I’m so happy with them that I’m ordering additional units for my hall and entryway closets and would definitely use them again in another home.
Modular Closets was fantastic to work with. The design process was easy and I received suggestions from their design expert. When my closet materials came, I had the wrong size of one item and was missing another component. They promptly sent out the correct items.
I got assistance designing the closet and seeing how it will look before ordering. Shipping was quick and packed well. Assembly is simple allowing for easy install.
Ava Gold was amazing! So was so helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and helped to navigate us through to find our perfect closet! The design help to get the most out of our closet was very appreciated. The closet quality is great and it was relatively easy to put together, as long as we took our time to do it right. Modular Closet also replaced some defective door hinges. Ended up with a beautiful master closet.
It all started with the young woman who helped me plan out my closet with my measurements. Then I had to figure out how to assemble all of my separate cabinets, I was able to do it all by myself over the weekend. More importantly my wife loved it. Thanks
The design process was a breeze. Even when I discovered during assembly that one of my initial measurements was off by 2 inches, they sent the parts to fix it at NO COST, and overnight!

Was very happy with my experience! Online I decided to try out there free design service, and was blown away with what they sent back. The design was fabulous and the price more than reasonable. The designer, Bella was easy to work with and helped me tweak my design to perfect.
The design process was easy and comprehensive. Closet units went together easy and could be expanded with out problems. The white color brightens the walk-in closet and look great. I reviewed several companies and I settled on Modular Closets. Would recommend without reservations.
