Hi, everyone. Today I am going to pick out my favorite part of the modular closet system. Now I love it all. I really do. But if I had to pick, if someone said, Christina, pick your most favorite component of your closet.
I know exactly what it is in 2 seconds. It is my valet rod. I wanna show you how I use it every day and why it is so important and what it really does to our daily routine every day. I'm gonna switch over here and show you. Here's my valet bob.
Comes out so nicely, so simply, and I love that it's very hidden when it's tucked away and it's closed. Can't really see it, so it's very sleek. I love it. And when it comes out, it just glides out nicely. And then I take the sweater that I'm going to wear tomorrow, and I put it on. Now couple things. There's a few different ways to use the valet rod depending on your personality. I consider myself a night person. Always have been, and I don't think that's changing.
For me, I would lay out my clothes the night before when I'm just preparing for the next day, packing my purse. I'm gonna lay out my clothes. And sometimes I even do a second outfit. I'm just gonna pick something over here. Let's pack this one.
Sometimes I don't really know and I'm having trouble deciding, so I will put that probably behind it actually if I'm kind of torn. Some people are morning people and they get up super early and they have this whole routine where they've worked out already and they're cooking breakfast and all that and then they get ready. I've met people like that where they prefer to lay out their clothes on the valet rod kinda before they get ready but it's when they wake up in the morning. Whatever makes you happy, whatever suits your personality, do it. But it really does 2 things for me, I would say.
1, I'm not thinking as much in the morning. Right? It allows me just time to relax and get ready, and I don't have to stress about figuring out what to wear. So it takes out the thought process of it, which is great. And then number 2, it kind of it gives me something to look forward to.
Like, when I walk into my closet and I have a meeting for that day or meeting a friend, whatever it is, and I see my outfit. I don't know. It just makes me happy. It gets me excited. It really is it's my favorite part.
Hands down, no questions. I didn't even have to think about that one. There's a lot of components obviously that I love and I'm gonna go through all of them. But if I had to pick my favorite, it would be the ballet rod. And you could even kinda tuck it in a little bit more if you don't want it out.
