Great experience

I had an all around great experience. The design tool took a little getting used to but once I figured it out it was easy to design my closets. I was able to speak with someone over the phone to help go through my designs and they were able to help me troubleshoot. The delivery was quick and the closets look great. When I ran into an issue during the installation, their customer service was fantastic on helping me resolve the issue. I would use them again for future closets.

... Modular closets did a great job using our unique space to the fullest. The design process was simple and we had everything done in a 20 minute virtual call ... We did purchase a 3rd hand through modular closets and it prevented any fighting - it was so easy to use and I 100% recommend getting that even if you have 2 people installing ... I 100% will order again when we need to do our kids' closets! Customer service can't be beat especially now days.

Great experience

Great experience with Modular Closets, was able to place the order on hold as we were getting the space ready and shipped quick when I advised we were ready. Some of the boxes were damaged in transit - I believe this was due to the delivery service trying to deliver on the wrong day and having to unload/reload the pallet. Items were packaged so well that I only needed one item to be replaced and it was quickly shipped. Customer service was always prompt with replies. Mudroom cubbies look amazing, so worth it!

Great closet remodeling options

Great closet remodeling options at reasonable prices. Easy to assemble with a lot of design flexibility. Items are cut to exact measurements. Follow instructions carefully to avoid having to redo something. There is a reason for the order in which the unit is assembled.

The online planner is so easy to use but the service from Leah is what sold me over using anyone else. She was able to help me max out the use of a small-ish walk in closet. Once I ordered, the shipping was so fast. Everything was easy to assemble and install and the quality is really good. I did demo of the closet one day, assembled the items the next and was able to install them in less than half a day...on my own. My wife is so happy with having proper storage space.

Very well made and easy to assemble

Very well made and easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. Showed the units and they were impressed. The price was well worth what l paid for. I worked as a Measure Technician for a major chain and the closet system probably would have been $6000 more.

Modular Closets - fabulous product & company!

Modular closets is very easy to work with and the product is very high quality. Design staff is helpful and allowed us the time to learn and make adjustments to our design. They are PATIENT! We asked to hold our shipment for a later delivery - no problem, when the time came out shipped as promised and arrived when expected ... GREAT QUALITY!! Our pantry has now been installed about 2 months and we love it.

A DIY’ers dream come true!!

This company is so proactive and has a great product! I started my design online and stopped. I got an email from a real person! A designer finished my design with their suggestions. We went back and forth with a few changes, then a video call to finalize the design. She was fantastic!! The pieces arrived nicely packaged and clearly labeled. The design package has several views of the closet, and each section labeled with a tower number ... It was simpler than most things I’ve put together! It fit perfectly and is gorgeous.

Amazing designer!

I had a great experience with Modular Closets. The design and ordering process was very easy and convenient. Tom Chayn made everything simple and helped create a great design that worked perfectly for my space. Installation was a bit challenging to do alone, but once everything was put together the closet looked fantastic. The price was also very reasonable—especially compared to the local contractor who quoted me nearly three times as much. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them.

Couldn't be happier

The design software made picking out the correct parts so easy. Communication with the company was exceptional. Our order arrived quickly but with 2 parts packages. I couldn't have been happier with customer service team. They quickly found our order, the missing parts and shipped them out ASAP. Great company do deal with. Fully customizable, reasonable price, excellent quality...

I’ve installed Modular Closets in two different homes ... I compared them with IKEA closets and the price was similar, but the customization and overall quality of Modular Closets were noticeably better. I’m so happy with them that I’m ordering additional units for my hall and entryway closets and would definitely use them again in another home.

Easy to intall

Very impressed

Really enjoyed working with designer Bella! It was a very easy experience selecting the closet components and the price was much less than custom cabinet shops. The quality of the cabinets is impressive and the assembly was straight forward. I was a little concerned about the weight carrying capacity of the wall mounted units, but after installation realized they are very sturdy. Planning on using Modular Cabinets for future projects.

The instructions for the corner module were not included with the materials that shipped, but customer support was extremely responsive and supplied a pdf immediately. 10/10 would recommend.

I was prepared to pay for the section I had to reorder and much to my surprise Modular Closets had a no mistakes policy and sent the remeasured section at no additional cost ... Great online tool

The product was just as advertised, and an assembly was relatively straightforward, and instructions were easy to follow. The quality appears to be similar to the bespoke closet system providers at more than half the cost. The online design tool was easy to follow and allowed us to explore multiple options before making our final decision.

LOVE MY NEW SETUP!

Brooke is who helped me design my closet to utilize and maximize my space. She was so incredible and really took her time to answer all my questions. My closet turned out absolutely perfect!!!!! There was a wrong measurement on one of the walls and it was a combination of errors and they were amazing at getting me the correct pieces to make it right. Easy Install

I love my Vista Tower purchases. The directions were well laid out and as a regular person without too much experience in furniture assembly, I was able to follow the directions and assemble them fairly easily.
