Great experience with Modular Closets, was able to place the order on hold as we were getting the space ready and shipped quick when I advised we were ready. Some of the boxes were damaged in transit - I believe this was due to the delivery service trying to deliver on the wrong day and having to unload/reload the pallet. Items were packaged so well that I only needed one item to be replaced and it was quickly shipped. Customer service was always prompt with replies. Mudroom cubbies look amazing, so worth it!
Great closet remodeling options at reasonable prices. Easy to assemble with a lot of design flexibility. Items are cut to exact measurements. Follow instructions carefully to avoid having to redo something. There is a reason for the order in which the unit is assembled.
Beth, my sales associate helped me through the design phase and kept in constant contact as I made my decision. The measurements were perfect, the product was packaged perfectly and 100% of the items were shipped. The quality of the design is excellent and it just makes such a difference when things are organized.
Customer Service was excellent and the product was shipped and delivered quickly. It was priced fairly and excellent quality. The components were well packaged and organized and the instructions clear. As a professional contractor, it was a great experience.
The online planner is so easy to use but the service from Leah is what sold me over using anyone else. She was able to help me max out the use of a small-ish walk in closet. Once I ordered, the shipping was so fast. Everything was easy to assemble and install and the quality is really good. I did demo of the closet one day, assembled the items the next and was able to install them in less than half a day...on my own. My wife is so happy with having proper storage space.
Very well made and easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. Showed the units and they were impressed. The price was well worth what l paid for. I worked as a Measure Technician for a major chain and the closet system probably would have been $6000 more.
Modular closets is very easy to work with and the product is very high quality. Design staff is helpful and allowed us the time to learn and make adjustments to our design. They are PATIENT! We asked to hold our shipment for a later delivery - no problem, when the time came out shipped as promised and arrived when expected ... GREAT QUALITY!! Our pantry has now been installed about 2 months and we love it.
This company is so proactive and has a great product! I started my design online and stopped. I got an email from a real person! A designer finished my design with their suggestions. We went back and forth with a few changes, then a video call to finalize the design. She was fantastic!! The pieces arrived nicely packaged and clearly labeled. The design package has several views of the closet, and each section labeled with a tower number ... It was simpler than most things I’ve put together! It fit perfectly and is gorgeous.

I had a great experience with Modular Closets. The design and ordering process was very easy and convenient. Tom Chayn made everything simple and helped create a great design that worked perfectly for my space. Installation was a bit challenging to do alone, but once everything was put together the closet looked fantastic. The price was also very reasonable—especially compared to the local contractor who quoted me nearly three times as much. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them.
I submitted a request for a custom closet and less than 24 hours later I had a full rendering, complete quote, and call setup to review. Brenda (who is amazing) was able to answer my questions and make tweaks to the design on the fly. I am completely blown away by the level of customer service and will definitely be back.
I’ve installed Modular Closets in two different homes ... I compared them with IKEA closets and the price was similar, but the customization and overall quality of Modular Closets were noticeably better. I’m so happy with them that I’m ordering additional units for my hall and entryway closets and would definitely use them again in another home.
Modular Closets was fantastic to work with. The design process was easy and I received suggestions from their design expert. When my closet materials came, I had the wrong size of one item and was missing another component. They promptly sent out the correct items.

We ordered our closet at the middle of November and received it mid December. Instructions were easly to follow and the end product is awesome!
The design help to get the most out of our closet was very appreciated. The closet quality is great and it was relatively easy to put together, as long as we took our time to do it right. Modular Closet also replaced some defective door hinges. Ended up with a beautiful master closet.
It all started with the young woman who helped me plan out my closet with my measurements. Then I had to figure out how to assemble all of my separate cabinets, I was able to do it all by myself over the weekend. More importantly my wife loved it. Thanks
