My husband and I were very impressed with the design process. Bella, our designer, was awesome! Bella constructed our closet online for us to view. It was very impressive! We received the first closet system and we put it together! Great process!! We loved it so much, we ordered a second closet! Highly recommended!!!
Awesome closet!
We ordered our closet at the middle of November and received it mid December. Instructions were easly to follow and the end product is awesome!

... Called Jerry at Modular Closets and he designed a closet using my measurements and choices right over the phone! Items shipped and arrived organized and on time. Assembly took time but the easy to follow direction booklet made that part easy! And when I had a question or wanted to modify, Modular reps were very helpful right over the phone! Happy with the product and ease of assembly.

From design to delivery to installation, Modular Closets makes this diy project about as easy as it can be. Quality products, easy and clear instructions, ease in assembly and installation. Packaged and shipped perfectly. Only missed 1 handle. Contacted support and handle was shipped immediately. Great experience!
Design help
The design help to get the most out of our closet was very appreciated. The closet quality is great and it was relatively easy to put together, as long as we took our time to do it right. Modular Closet also replaced some defective door hinges. Ended up with a beautiful master closet.
Straightforward process
The designer called us at home and we spoke for about 30 minutes to finalize the design. She was helpful and made suggestions to change the design. Installation was simple once we got the hang of the process. The boxes and hardware were nicely labeled and coordinated with the design plan.

Incredible quality at an unbeatable price! I had quotes done by a privately owned custom closet installer, California Closets, and Closets by Design ... I completed my entire master bedroom closet and have ordered from here twice. My family was amazed at how professional it looks. They have a lifetime customer.
Simple installation
It all started with the young woman who helped me plan out my closet with my measurements. Then I had to figure out how to assemble all of my separate cabinets, I was able to do it all by myself over the weekend. More importantly my wife loved it. Thanks

Amazing customer service
They were very responsive during the design process. They quickly came up with a closet design that met my needs. Once I received my shipment I noticed one of the products was the wrong size. They immediately shipped out the correct product so there was no delay in completing my closet.
Wife loves!
My wife loves her new closet! It took about two days to assemble and install all the pieces. One part was damaged in shipment but I was able to hide the damaged part. One part was missing and customer service was easy to work with and quick to resolve it.

Easy to intall
Leah was great to work with. Closets showed up quick and had easy instructions. Took me and a buddy 2 days to get them fully installed but that wasn’t working full speed. Looks great!

Clear instructions
First off, we appreciated Samuel's patience in working with us. He caught us in the middle of our preparations for our move from Florida to Texas.
The initial presentation of the product upon delivery was intimidating. However, the manual/book broke it down quickly and effectively. Within a day, we had the closet installed and ready for our clothes.

Brenda was a pleasure. She is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I was able to watch on my computer screen as she designed my 3 closets. She made adjustments to the design based on my input and the finished product is terrific. An interior decorator was at my house and when I showed him the closets he said "I want one".

We went through many iterations of design until it was just right. I had a lot of questions and all were addressed and I built a dream closet! This is the 5th or 6th closet I’ve built with modular closets and each has been better than the last.
Sturdy & stylish
We love the new closet. The materials are sturdy and stylish. Assembly was more challenging than I expected. I am 73 yo and it took me 3 days to complete the project.

Designer Scott was amazing to work with. I had so many requests and so many questions but he worked with me and definitely put in extra effort to please me even though I’m sure it wasn’t easy! Very happy with quality. Seeing all the pallets was a little overwhelming but once my husband finished one wall he had no issues at all! ... The closet quality and design were perfect!

Great closet system. Fairly easy to install. There are a tremendous amount of boxes to sort through. That’s probably the hardest part. But with confidence. Quality product and great service.
Loving our Modular Closet!
We love our new modular closet. It's made from quality materials and easy to install. We had to modify our closet for it to fit but its gorgeous. I'm thankful for a nice space for our clothes.

The product is high quality, well made, and easily assembled. The collaborative design process resulted in a closet configuration we are thrilled with. The instructions for the corner module were not included with the materials that shipped, but customer support was extremely responsive and supplied a pdf immediately. 10/10 would recommend.

I appreciated how quickly and accurately my representative created the design for me. I was working long days so I didnt have a lot of time to check that everything was accurate. I was relieved when everything came together how I wanted it to.

The product was just as advertised, and an assembly was relatively straightforward, and instructions were easy to follow. The quality appears to be similar to the bespoke closet system providers at more than half the cost. The online design tool was easy to follow and allowed us to explore multiple options before making our final decision.

I love my Vista Tower purchases. The directions were well laid out and as a regular person without too much experience in furniture assembly, I was able to follow the directions and assemble them fairly easily.
