I love my Modular Closets closets!!!

I love my Modular Closets closets!!! We installed all new closet systems to replace wire builder closets and they look AWESOME!! The systems shipped very quickly and were easy and straightforward to install. We loved the master so much we replaced all of the closets in the house. Great price and great quality!! Perfect experience

Dealing with the company from start to finish was perfect. I was assisted with the layout and was able to design the closet exactly the way we wanted. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The material came sooner than expected. Quality and east of construction was excellent. I actually miss placed, or lost one small piece that they rushed to me within a couple days at no cost. An excellent company to deal with.

Great experience

I had an all around great experience. The design tool took a little getting used to but once I figured it out it was easy to design my closets. I was able to speak with someone over the phone to help go through my designs and they were able to help me troubleshoot. The delivery was quick and the closets look great. When I ran into an issue during the installation, their customer service was fantastic on helping me resolve the issue. I would use them again for future closets.

Wardrobe system turned built in dressing room

The system was customizable to my contractor’s specs to look built in. We haven’t finished the full install but it looks great and after putting in some drywall trim, it looks very luxury.

Second Positive Experience with Modular Closets

This is the second closet in my home I have renovated with cabinets from Modular Closets. The company has an excellent on-line design tool, with fast shipping and receipt of the products I ordered. Assembly of the cabinets was straightforward, given clear assembly instructions/illustrations and user-friendly designed components ... A plus is the cabinets are designed and manufactured in the U.S., which most likely helps yield the clear instructions and illustrations and quality end-results.

Fortunate find

Sales helped us design our large closet ...The design drawings and pictures made it easy for us to see how our finished closet would look. Our primary goal was quality construction and we were fortunate to find Modular Closets. The product is top quality and the engineering is impressive. I have ZERO complaints about the service, product construction, delivery, assembly, and our finished product. We have to convince friends and family who see our closet that this was a DIY project and that it was not professionally installed. I'll be ordering garage storage cabinets next.

Great closet remodeling options at reasonable prices. Easy to assemble with a lot of design flexibility. Items are cut to exact measurements. Follow instructions carefully to avoid having to redo something. There is a reason for the order in which the unit is assembled.

The online planner is so easy to use but the service from Leah is what sold me over using anyone else. She was able to help me max out the use of a small-ish walk in closet. Once I ordered, the shipping was so fast. Everything was easy to assemble and install and the quality is really good. I did demo of the closet one day, assembled the items the next and was able to install them in less than half a day...on my own. My wife is so happy with having proper storage space.

A DIY’ers dream come true!!

This company is so proactive and has a great product! I started my design online and stopped. I got an email from a real person! A designer finished my design with their suggestions. We went back and forth with a few changes, then a video call to finalize the design. She was fantastic!! The pieces arrived nicely packaged and clearly labeled. The design package has several views of the closet, and each section labeled with a tower number ... It was simpler than most things I’ve put together! It fit perfectly and is gorgeous.

Happy with new closet

Over the years I have purchased a number of items that had to be assembled and installed. The process of getting the design was very nice and quick. The shipment was delivered on time. Now we were in the process of remodeling so it took longer to get to the closet. It took about 1 day to get it all assembled and installed .... I can't say enough about the product.

Amazing designer!

I had a great experience with Modular Closets. The design and ordering process was very easy and convenient. Tom Chayn made everything simple and helped create a great design that worked perfectly for my space. Installation was a bit challenging to do alone, but once everything was put together the closet looked fantastic. The price was also very reasonable—especially compared to the local contractor who quoted me nearly three times as much. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them.

The quality appears to be similar to the bespoke closet system providers at more than half the cost. LOVE MY NEW SETUP!

Brooke is who helped me design my closet to utilize and maximize my space. She was so incredible and really took her time to answer all my questions. My closet turned out absolutely perfect!!!!! Easy Install

I love my Vista Tower purchases. The directions were well laid out and as a regular person without too much experience in furniture assembly, I was able to follow the directions and assemble them fairly easily.
