BEST closet company

This is the BEST closet company. We used Closets by Disappointments (don’t know if I can use their real name - but this would be more accurate name) Modular Closets has the same material the other companies use at a fraction of the cost- plus you get (if you want) a professional designer. We did hire a handyman to install but you can do it yourself if you want. Save money and use Modular Closets.

Our designer Bella helped us design our closet while we talked to her as she made changes on the fly. We also got a quote from Closets by Design and their design was not interactive at all. We went to the CBD store and the products were no better than what we got but would have been more than double the price with install. Install was easy and we absolutely love our closet.

They helped me put the order together, tweaked it to my needs. It arrived labeled and ready to go. I ran out of time and requested an installer at the last minute who did a super job or installing. He even hung them slightly higher for my husband. I've recommended them to several neighbors in out new development.

How long does delivery take?

Our closets are manufactured in the USA, so we’re able to ship at lightning speed. Typically, orders leave our factory within 5-7 business days. They then ship out with our freight partners. Actual delivery time will vary depending on how far you live from our warehouse in New Jersey

I’m not sure how to design a closet

We can help with that! We have a team of expert closet designers who will design your closet for you FOR FREE! Fill out this simple form and a designer will reach out to you within 24-48 hours!

Think you can wing it yourself? We have a nifty 3D design tool (also free!). Just enter your measurements into the tool and start populating your space with closet modules. It’s best to do this with a partner - it makes the process all the more fun! Works best on a laptop or desktop.

I’m worried about the cost. Is it worth the investment?

The peace of mind of a beautiful and fully organized closet system can’t really be measured in dollars and cents! 

But yes, rest assured that Modular Closets is the most affordable option for this level of product quality, speed and customer service. Since we’re the actual manufacturers you don’t have the additional costs of moneyed middlemen who take their cut. 

Additionally, if you work with one of our expert designers, they will generally be able to work within your budget to craft a design that is both practical and affordable.

I’m worried about the material quality. Will it hold up?

You’re skeptical that closets can be both affordable and high quality at the same time? Well, Modular Closets is a magical company and we manage to do it all - no need to compromise one over the other! 

Our closets are made of M2 Grade ¾” Furniture Board with thermofoil laminate that won’t peel, crack or warp. Our edge banding is a solid 1mm thick PVC and our drawers are made of solid wood. All of our products are manufactured either in the USA or in Italy for maximum standards and quality control. 

And to further put your mind at ease, we stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty!

I’m worried I won’t get my measurements right

Not sure how to measure your closet? Start by watching this measuring guide video. We walk you through the process step by step.

And in the rare case where you do find that the closet you ordered does not exactly fit your space, you need not worry! Lucky for you, our system is so flexible that our customer service will be able to send you additional pieces that will ensure that your closet fits your space.

I’m worried that I won’t be able to install the closet on my own

Modular Closets is the easiest system to install. We use dowels and cam locks and all of the holes come pre drilled. The instructions are clear and concise and we also have videos to help you along with the process as well. 

And if you are confused, you can always reach out to our customer service team, they will walk you through and explain each step of the process.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

We are the highest rated closet company on the internet, thanks to our fantastic customer service team. If an item is missing or comes damaged they will immediately ship out a replacement part at no cost to you.
