Ready to order your closet but worried that your measurements might be off? Our FitRite Promise allows you to order from Modular Closets with absolute peace of mind.

Here is our promise: if you find that the measurements of your modular closet system aren't spot on, don't worry — we've got you covered. With our modular system, it is easy to swap out one module you received with one that will make it work. We will provide you with a replacement module that fits your space.

The fine print: our 2 hanging modules (the Tall Hanging and the Double Hanging) both come in 1.5” increments, which means that fitting your closet perfectly will be as easy as us sending you a courtesy hanging module for you to use. If your order already included a hanging unit, we will ship you the necessary shelf & rod parts, in the new width, to get to the correct fit. If your closet does not contain a hanging unit, we will send you a complimentary tall hanging unit to fit.

We can only accommodate fit discrepancies within a 1.5” margin.

Please note: while we will make the process of get a replacement as smooth as possible, it is done with the understanding that the customer has made their best effort to measure accurately initially. In the event of a claim for a replacement unit, we may ask for photographic proof of the product’s fit. We reserve the right to reject a claim if there is substantial evidence of attempted fraud.
