My goal with you is to always remind you that we can simplify everything. We don't have to overcomplicate it. All you need is a Post it and a Sharpie or a pen. That is it. To declutter our mind and get all of those thoughts out and on dependent paper.

I'm gonna show you, flip the camera around, that I have a to do list that is literally unposted. They're more kind of personal things. Send a postcard back home, send a thinking of you gift, send grandma flowers, surprise Tommy Cathy with dinner, and this I need at Whole Foods. It's literally just stuck to my counter, and I just I wanted to show you that that's all you need sometimes. You need to get these thoughts out of your head.

It stresses you out. It paralyzes you. That is what causes stress. Just a simple Post it. If you just stick it to the fridge to remember your grocery list, do it on the counter just so that you don't forget on the door when you leave the house.

You have to do something and you think about it in that moment, pause, put it on a Post it, just say you remember it, and I promise you'll get it done. You'll be less stressed. So let's stick with this theme of getting organized in a really, really simple way. Never overcomplicate it. Super simple.

Always. Happy organizing, everybody. Follow Christina's Corner for more tips and tricks of how to get organized.
