Hi, everybody. I'm gonna keep talking about roadblocks around clutter today and I have a question that I want you to remember and ask yourself during your decluttering journey and your organizing journey. This one applies to both. Does it add more stress to your life? What do I mean by this?

People off people get a little confused when I say that. Does it add more stress in your life? As you're going through your piles and you're trying to decide what to declutter and what to let go of, which I get it. It is hard. I promise I'm in this with you.

Everyone always thinks that it's so easy for me, and I promise it's really hard. But it is possible, and and these are the questions, these are the shifts, these are the questions, the belief systems that I remind myself every single day, and it really does make a difference. Does it add more stress in your life? When I say that, what I mean is if the overwhelming feeling in your home is stress and anxiety, and all you see is clutter, and you're paralyzed by it, and just just stressed when you're not showing up as the best version of yourself, then as you're decluttering and going through these piles, you have to ask yourself, is it worth keeping it? Why?

What value is it adding to my life? Because right now, all I feel is stress. Why am I holding onto it? And that's something that really shifts your perception of why you're keeping something. And we're gonna get into so many more topics about things that are sentimental and of value of course.

But there's objects that we keep. There's categories that we're keeping because we're just scared to let go. And if we remind ourselves that it's affecting our life, deeply affecting our life and our home and the energy and how we feel, and you remind yourself, this is not adding anything to my life. It's just adding stress. It's stuff.

It's clutter. When you remind yourself of that, it eases the ability to let go. Something to really sit and and question. And it applies to also when you're shopping and you're buying things as well because this is again a mindset shift and you wanna ask yourself when you're shopping, if I buy this, is this gonna add more stress? It sounds like such a simple question but so much of this is, all of these tips and tricks.

They're simple from one perspective once you get used to it, once you implement it into your life. But from another perspective, it takes time and practice and discipline. But this is something that really, really makes a big difference. As you're decluttering, ask yourself, does this add more stress in my life? And if it does, then allow yourself to let go.

Happy organizing everybody. Follow Christina's Corner for more tips and tricks of how to get
